Sex? Sex. Sex! – Reiu (Estonia) 2014

Molto spesso si tende a considerare l’educazione sessuale come qualcosa di scontato o vergognoso. A seconda della società in cui si vive, questo tema viene insegnato e discusso oppure affrontato molto di sfuggita o troppo tardi o addirittura per niente… Il nostro obiettivo nel realizzare questo scambio è stato quello di creare un ambiente sicuro, confortevole e divertente con degli adolescenti per imparare a conoscere questo delicato argomento quanto mai importante per la loro crescita. I hanno potuto acquisire una prospettiva più ampia sull’argomento grazie alle azioni di apprendimento peer-to-peer e alla varietà delle culture presenti in questo progetto, che ha coinvolto 30 giovani provenienti da 6 nazioni different (Estonia, Italia, Armenia, Georgia, Polonia e Ucraina), accompagnati dai rispettivi animatori adulti per 10 giorni e si è tenuto in un’accogliente pensione di campagna dell’Estonia occidentale.

Very often we tend to regard sexual education as something obvious or shameful. Depending on the society in which we live, this subject is taught and discussed or dealt with a lot of reticences or too late or not at all … Our goal in realizing this exchange was to create a safe, comfortable and fun environment with adolescents to learn about this sensitive topic so important for their growth. In this way, they have been able to gain a broader perspective on the subject thanks to the actions of peer-to-peer learning and the variety of cultures present in this project, which involved 30 young people from 6 different countries (Estonia, Italy, Armenia, Georgia, Poland and Ucraine), accompanied by their adult leaders for 10 days and which was held in a cozy country guest house in south-western Estonia.
