The equation of the game for all TC – Iscar/Valladolid (Spagna/Spain) 2017

I membrii dell’associazione PLAN Be di Iscar (Spagna) lavorano nel campo della gioventù da circa 12 anni e durante questo periodo di tempo sono stati coinvolti nei processi di riconoscimento dell’educazione non-formale. I metodi non formali hanno un ruolo enorme nello sviluppo educativo dei giovani e ci sono una grande varietà di strumenti diversi che gli operatori giovanili utilizzano in azione. Durante il nostro lavoro sul campo e nei centri giovanili usiamo spesso lo strumento “gioco” e attraverso l’esperienza riconosciamo ora molti aspetti diversi di questo strumento.

A questo proposito abbiamo avuto l’idea di condividere le nostre competenze e conoscenze per lo sviluppo del corso di formazione “L’equazione del gioco per tutti”, in cui gli operatori giovanili potessero riconoscere il ruolo del gioco nel processo di apprendimento non-formale e scoprissero diversi tipi di giochi, la loro struttura e il loro sistema. Abbiamo condiviso ciò che abbiamo sviluppato nel nostro lavoro giovanile reciproco e creato con i partecipanti durante lo sviluppo del corso  nuovi modi interessanti di apprendimento attraverso il gioco.

Durante il corso gli animatori giovanili sono stati coinvolti non solo in questioni pratiche, come i giochi, ma anche in un processo di autovalutazione. Ogni partecipante ha avuto così l’opportunità di riconoscere il metodo “gioco” nel processo di apprendimento non-formale e pianificare come potrebbe essere utile o meno nel suo lavoro quotidiano.

The organizers of association PLAN Be from Iscar (E) were working on the youth field around 12 years and through this period of time they were involved in process of recognition of non-formal education. The non-formal methods have a huge role in non-formal development among youth and there are a huge variety of different instruments which youth workers are using in action. According to our background as work in suburban camp and in youth centers we use the tool “game” and through experience recognize a lot of different aspects about this instrument.

Related to this, they had the idea to share our skills and knowledge for developing the TC project “The equation of the game for all” where youth workers could recognize the role of the game in non-formal learning process and as well found out the types of the games, their structure and system. We shared of what we developed in our reciprocal youth work and created with participants during the developing of the “equation of the game for all” new interesting ways of learning through playing.

During the TC, the youth workers were involved not just in practical stuff like playing games, but also we involved them in self-assessment processes. Each participant had opportunity to recognize the method “game” in non-formal learning process and plan how it could be useful or useless in his/her work.
